On another note, I am starting another quilt...can't wait to show you when the top is done! I am off to do more piecing! Oh wait, have to cook dinner, well corn on the cob, beets steamed, and haddock baked....unless I can convince my hubby to do it!!!

It's not such a nice day in Arkansas - it was 111 when I passed the bank this afternoon. That's right - 111! Steamed beets? Is that really what you said? I've never had steamed beets and confess to only eating them pickled, you know that sweet kind. Blessings, marlene

btw, the central heating went on last month due to very cold snap, here in UK where it is also (not untypically!) RAINING as well as cold! brrrrr!
